Creating art allows me to translate life experiences, personal growth, and empowerment onto the canvas. I paint from a place of soul and intention, cultivating an atmosphere of serenity, balance, and self-awareness — all of which find expression in each painting, radiating purpose and meaning. In that space, freedom guides the process and endless possibilities are fully embraced.

About
Executive Summary:
Born in The Netherlands and now based in Guthrie, Wilhelmina Stöcker is a self-taught contemporary artist known for her soulful western luxury paintings and expressive use of color, texture, and movement. Inspired by the spirit of the American West and guided by her “from soul to canvas” philosophy, her work reflects themes of personal growth, freedom, strength, and transformation. Through bold equine imagery and emotionally driven compositions, Wilhelmina creates art that blends refined western elegance with deep personal storytelling, offering collectors pieces that are both meaningful and visually striking.

About Me
I see myself as a modern Renaissance woman, someone who moves fluidly between multiple roles, each one rooted in purpose and connection. I wear many hats, blending business, art, coaching, hypnosis, and life guidance into a unified expression of who I am.
As an artist, I create from intuition and lived experience, translating emotion and transformation onto canvas. In business, I bring vision, structure, and intention, building something that not only sustains me, but serves others in meaningful ways. Through coaching, hypnosis, and life guidance, I hold space for growth, helping others access clarity, reframe limiting beliefs, and reconnect with their inner direction and strength.
Rather than separating these roles, I see them as deeply interconnected. Each one informs the other, allowing me to show up fully, creatively, and authentically, both in my work and in how I support others on their own journeys.
Artistic Process and Philosophy
My paintings are reflecting inner transformations, emotional evolutions, and lived experiences. I create “from soul to canvas,” allowing intuition to guide every brushstroke rather than forcing direction. I believe art is energy made visible, and that each of us naturally radiates our true essence, both in how we live and in what we create.
Body of Work
I work exclusively with acrylics, and my current body of work is rooted in emotional depth and empowerment. My paintings often become mirrors, offering comfort, healing, or a quiet sense of recognition to those who engage with them.
Commissions and Client Engagement
In addition to my original work, I offer commissioned paintings that are thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique stories and personal journeys or intentions of my clients. I approach each commission with care and intention, honoring the meaningful moments and transformations behind it. Whether it represents a season of growth, a breakthrough, or a cherished memory, each piece is created to be deeply personal and lasting.
I also facilitate on-location painting classes, offering a space for others to explore their own creative expression and connect with art in a meaningful way.
